Manufacturing at Ernst Grob
Ernst Grob produces the splines of rotor shafts by external forming. Which machine is used depends on the position of the spline. C9T or A9T if the spline is to be formed close to a shoulder or a parallel-flank profile is required. C9 or A9 if there is no shoulder or the spline is far enough away from the shoulder. The hollow design is made possible by the forming process.
